My research interests include cultural and museum accessibility, linguistics of sign languages (in particular on African sign languages), education of the deaf and European disability policies, in particular on the issue of multiple discrimination risks. for underrepresented target groups (e.g. the intersection of disabilities and stigmatized ethnic groups, the LGBTQ + community, immigrants, asylum seekers, etc.). I am a psychologist with a degree in Developmental Psychology with a focus on school and learning processes. Master in Learning Disorders and ADHD. I currently work as a freelance psychologist and Learning Tutor in Turin in addition to five years of experience as a teacher of German and English in various language schools and public institutions. I am currently employed at the Institute as a researcher and coordinator of several European projects.

She has been working for the Institute of the Deaf in Turin since 1999 as an educator for deaf children in secondary school and at the university. I am a trainer and teacher of Italian courses for deaf adults and deaf foreigners. Since 2017 I have been the head of the Training Department which organizes Sign Language and Communication Assistant courses.
